Perched above the Caribbean, Terrazas del Caribe delivered the clifftop stay we imagined. Spa hours, a private jacuzzi, and turquoise water as the daily backdrop. We felt completely unhurried.
Cocles light is different, and this house frames it perfectly. We spent mornings in the jacuzzi and afternoons in the spa. The scale of the home meant everyone had room to disappear.
A dramatic setting with generous indoor and outdoor rooms. Internet held up for a couple of work calls. The cliff edge is thrilling; families with very small children should still stay watchful.
We came from the dry Pacific and fell for the Caribbean immediately. The spa treatments arranged on site were excellent. Evenings with waves below the terrace still replay in my head.
Large enough for a reunion yet still intimate at night. The private jacuzzi became the after-dinner ritual. Housekeeping was quiet and thorough. Cocles beaches were a short, beautiful drive.
Stunning architecture and a true clifftop panorama. We loved the spa corner after humid beach days. A ceiling fan in one suite was noisy, but the rest of the house more than compensated.
New Year on the Caribbean coast, with stars, trade winds, and a jacuzzi that never closed. The team stocked fruit and ice without being asked twice. This is how a villa stay should feel.
Photographers in our group were spoiled. Every terrace faces that blue. We used the spa twice and still wanted more. Service felt personal, not scripted, which made the whole week warmer.
We swam, napped, and barely left the property. When we did, Punta Uva and Cocles were close. Coming home to the jacuzzi and cliff air felt like a second vacation inside the first.
A memorable Caribbean perch with serious space. Internet was reliable enough for light work. The spa and jacuzzi are the soul of the house. We would book again in the greener months.
Waking above that sea is hard to describe without sounding dramatic. The home is gracious, the views are relentless, and the staff made our anniversary week feel quietly special throughout.
