Booking a residence through Stada constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions and an agreement to respect the integrity, exclusivity, and peaceful environment of each curated property. Guests are expected to comply with all occupancy limits, property-specific rules, and local regulations, including noise restrictions and community guidelines designed to preserve the experience for neighboring residents and future guests.

Stada carefully curates and manages a portfolio of luxury residences in collaboration with trusted property owners and hospitality partners. While we strive to ensure that every amenity, appliance, and service is presented in optimal condition, temporary interruptions or unforeseen maintenance issues may occasionally occur. In such cases, our team will act promptly to coordinate practical and high-quality solutions to minimize inconvenience during your stay.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that Stada acts as an intermediary and professional management platform between property owners and travelers. Liability is therefore limited to the coordination and administration of the reservation experience. Guests remain financially responsible for damages, excessive cleaning requirements, policy violations, or unlawful activities occurring during their occupancy of the property.
