Due to the exclusive nature of the Stada Collection, our reservation and cancellation policies are designed to protect both property owners and guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Many of our residences are reserved months in advance, and availability is extremely limited during peak travel seasons. For this reason, confirmed reservations are subject to specific cancellation timelines and payment conditions.
Guests are strongly encouraged to review reservation details carefully before confirming their stay and to obtain comprehensive travel insurance coverage whenever possible. Travel insurance may help protect your investment in cases involving medical emergencies, airline disruptions, natural events, or unforeseen itinerary changes beyond your control.
Cancellation Guidelines
- Reservations are generally non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.
- Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made before the applicable cancellation window.
- Date modifications are subject to availability and seasonal pricing differences.
- No-shows, early departures, or unused nights are non-refundable.
- Stada reserves the right to relocate guests to a comparable or upgraded property in cases of force majeure, maintenance emergencies, or circumstances beyond operational control.
- Security deposits, when applicable, may be retained partially or fully in cases involving damages or policy violations.
