Guests receive a gate code before arrival. Do not share it with unregistered visitors or delivery drivers overnight.
Enjoy the infinity pool and views, but dry off before indoor rooms and never sit on terrace railings.
Use the fitness room between seven in the morning and nine at night so neighboring homes stay quiet after dark.
Do not feed monkeys or raccoons from the terrace. Secure trash nightly so wildlife is not drawn to the estate.

The ocean view from Hills of Portalon is the reason we booked, and it exceeded every photo. Two acres of gated calm, an infinity pool, and sunsets we still talk about.
A true luxury estate on the Central Pacific. We used the gym most mornings, then spent afternoons floating above the coastline. Staff were discreet and always a message away.
Spacious rooms, strong finishes, and a setting that feels exclusive without being stuffy. The gated community added peace of mind. A short drive to beaches made the location even better.
We celebrated an anniversary here and could not have chosen better. Privacy, horizon views, and a pool that seems to spill into the Pacific. Dinner on the terrace felt cinematic.
Five bathrooms meant nobody waited in the morning rush. The home is generous and beautifully sited. We watched storms roll in over the ocean from the living room without getting wet.
Outstanding views and a layout that works for a larger group. The gym was a nice surprise. One outdoor light needed a bulb, but the team fixed it the next morning promptly.
Valentine week in Portalon felt like a private resort. Birds at breakfast, whales on the horizon one afternoon, and linens that actually invited a late sleep. We will be back.
Holiday gathering for eight, and the estate never felt crowded. The infinity pool was the gathering point. Clear communication from the hosts made arrivals and extras simple.
If you want Pacific light and real privacy, this gated hill property is worth the drive. We used every indoor and outdoor space. The fitness room kept our routine from falling apart.
A polished stay with hotel-level cleanliness and a residential soul. Views dominate every room. We would book again for a longer stretch next time to enjoy the grounds more slowly.
Waking to that coastline never got old. The house is refined, the pool is spectacular, and the community feels safe. Portalon is now our favorite stretch of the Central Pacific.
