Stada is seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Coordinator to elevate our digital presence. You will capture stunning content across our luxury property portfolio, manage our community feeds, and showcase the unique guest experiences we provide in Costa Rica.
Essential Job Functions:
- Capture premium short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and lifestyle photography on-site at our villas and beaches.
- Write highly engaging, localized social copy that represents our brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with our booking seasonal trends and promotions.
- Engage with our digital community by responding to comments, direct messages, and tracking travel influencer inquiries.
- Analyze monthly social media metrics and performance insights to continuously optimize audience reach and engagement rates.
Skills + Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing professional brand channels with a strong portfolio of short-form video content editing.
- Exceptional eye for interior design, real estate, and travel lifestyle aesthetics.
- Proficient using mobile editing software tools (CapCut, Lightroom) and native social platform features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; intermediate Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently while traveling to local properties for production shoots.
