We are looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician specializing in swimming pool chemistry and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. You will handle preventative maintenance and rapid-response repairs to ensure smooth utility operations across our portfolio.

Essential Job Functions:
- Service, clean, and balance chemical levels for swimming pools and hot tubs across our properties.
- Perform routine maintenance, filter cleaning, and troubleshooting troubleshooting for residential AC units and split systems.
- Execute general light maintenance repairs including plumbing clogs, door hardware fixing, and light bulb replacements.
- Respond quickly to escalated guest or owner utility complaints to resolve infrastructure issues on-site.
- Maintain accurate service logs inside our mobile app dashboard for every property visit.

Skills + Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of certified experience in swimming pool maintenance and basic HVAC troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues independently without supervision.
Tech-savvy comfort using mobile application interfaces to track tickets and record maintenance updates.
Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable, work-capable vehicle.
Flexible schedule to handle occasional emergency maintenance requests on weekends or holidays.
