We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to join our property care team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our luxury vacation properties are immaculately cleaned, staged, and prepared to welcome incoming guests.

Essential Job Functions:
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, and washing laundry.
- Sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch living surfaces according to strict hospitality standards.
- Restock guest amenities (soaps, paper goods, coffee supplies) before every arrival check-in window.
- Conduct a final walkthrough visual audit to ensure properties match Stada's luxury staging guidelines.
- Report any property damage or missing items immediately to the property operations supervisor.

Skills + Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping experience, preferably within hotels, luxury resorts, or vacation rentals.
  • Extreme attention to small details and a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable personal transportation to travel smoothly between local assigned property sites.
  • Exceptional time management skills to complete cleanings efficiently during rapid guest turnover hours.
